Born and raised in Gothenburg/Sweden, Richard´s journey in the world of biohacking and health started back in 2015. Richard loves diving deep into topics like movement, neuroplasticity, breathing, play, philosophy, biology, nutrition and biotensegrity, just following his inner child like curiosity.
But back in 2015 his life back then was bordered by constant fatigue, stress and a broken down immune system. It was by pure chance and coincidence that Richard first stumbled upon the Wim Hof Method. The practice of cold exposure and the special breathing technique gave him new energy and created an inner peace that was missing in Richard's life.
Thanks to the new found energy and appreciation for life Richard became curious about many different forms of training, biohacks and breathing techniques. He connected with nature on a deeper level and focused on being more present, energized and how to create more awareness.

Fighting Monkey, Movnat and Feldenkrais
Richard is passionate about exploring movement and helping people to be more conscious about the ways in which they move their body. Methods such as Fighting Monkey, Ido Portal, Movnat and Feldenkrais have been major influencers - giving him a broad perspective. ”Movement is an expression of ourselves, and it can support us in amazing ways in our daily life”, says Richard.Instead of seeing movements as something separate from the rest of our lives, they can become a natural and important part of our everyday life for us to thrive and be happy.
Certified Wim Hof Instructor & Feldenkrais student
Richard is an officially certified instructor for the Wim Hof Method (WHM Level 1).
Currently he is studying in his second year to become a Feldenkrais practitioner, a somatic practice that uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want.
You can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement. Since how you move, is how you move through life, these improvements will often enhance your thinking, emotional regulation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Richards Passion: Inspiring people to reach their higher potential, which brings them more in connection with themselves, getting happier and more energized. As Wim Hof uses to say: "The goal is to become healthy, strong and happy".
